How a release moves
Submitting to PLAYBAAQ is not the same as being released on a streaming service. Your dashboard shows exactly which stage you're at.
01
Draft
Build your release in Studio: tracks, audio, artwork, credits and rights.
02
Submitted
You send it to PLAYBAAQ. Our team checks metadata, audio, artwork and rights.
03
Processing
Approved releases wait here for delivery to stores.
04
Released
A store has accepted it and a verified link is added. Not available yet.

05
Rejected
Something needs fixing. You'll get a note explaining what to change.
Growth is separate
Distribution doesn't include promotion. These opportunities are open to artists on their own merits.
Questions artists ask
- Is my music delivered to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music or Audiomack yet?
- Not yet. External store delivery is still being established with a distribution partner. You can prepare and submit releases now, but nothing is shown as released until a store link is verified.
- What's the difference between submitting a release and it being released?
- Submitting sends your release to the PLAYBAAQ team for review. Being released means a streaming service has accepted it and it's live there. These are separate steps, and your dashboard shows each one honestly.
- How much does distribution cost?
- Pricing hasn't been finalised. We'll publish clear pricing and royalty terms before external delivery launches.
- Is promotion included in distribution?
- No. Promotion and growth opportunities — PLAYBAAQ Sessions, radio, editorial and community features — are separate from distribution and are considered on their own merits.
- Do I keep my rights?
- Your rights declaration records what you own or control. Preparing a release on PLAYBAAQ does not transfer ownership of your music.
